• until baby is 12 weeks old • a healthy sleep foundations plan • a private 75-minute online consultation call (either in Luxembourgish, French, English or German) to go over the healthy sleep foundations plan details and any questions you might have; this consultation can take place before your little one arrives • Follow up support: - four 15-minute calls until baby is 12 weeks old - weekly e-mail support (one e-mail session per week during our 12 weeks together) * This is not sleep training, as babies younger than 4 months are not ready for "formal" sleep training until they are able to go longer in between feeds and their circadian rhythm starts to develop. ** The duration displayed is for the first consultation only, but the price is for the complete package. You will have access to the calendar to book your follow up calls after the first consultation.
